A Michigan Photographer's Sunrise Visit to Crisp Country Acres for 10 Cents a Meal

As a Kalamazoo photographer, I often travel across the state of Michigan for various commercial photography projects. Recently, I had the pleasure of revisiting Crisp Country Acres in Holland, Michigan, as part of my ongoing work with the Michigan Department of Education and the 10 Cents a Meal program. This initiative plays a crucial role in supporting Michigan farms and schools by incentivizing the purchase of locally grown produce, which enhances children's nutrition and strengthens Michigan's agricultural economy. Crisp Country Acres' commitment to providing fresh and nutritious food to local schools and our community is as evident as the blue skies and beautiful light captured in the pictures below.
