It was an honor to attend the Grand Opening of Casa Grande, a new restaurant housed in a cargo container at BC Cargo in downtown Battle Creek, Michigan. Casa Grande offers many healthy choices including juices, salads, and bowls. I was invited to the Grand Opening to document the special day and capture some fresh pictures for Casa Grande's new website and marketing materials. This session was about much more than delicious food (Although, I am still dreaming about the chilaquiles). It was about collaboration and community coming together to celebrate new beginnings.
