You don't have to go far from your own home to find adventure, especially when you are a kid and there are woods near by. Some of my favorite childhood memories are from exploring my own backyard and simply being outside. I spent a beautiful summer evening with this family climbing fallen trees, fishing and watching their dog, Josie, find her own adventure by going for a swim in the river.
