The smell of bookstores is intoxicating and has been named as one of my kids' top smells. I have to agree, I love the smell of freshly printed books - a reminder that there is so much to learn and many more realities to explore beyond our own. I also love spending time with my kids in their favorite bookstore. They spend hours getting lost in the pages of a book here, sharpening both their reading skills and their negotiation skills, as they beg for "just one more".
