P52 // Week 1

We kicked off the year with our aprons on, the oven preheated and a sweet tooth (or two). Lemon pudding cake, cookies and clafoutis (I didn't know what that was either) were on our menu. Each of my kids took a turn baking with Nana in her Florida kitchen. The lemon pudding cake was hands-down the best of the three desserts and has become a fast family favorite. Pictured here is my son making a clafoutis with Nana.
