Thirteen x 2


Every parent wonders how their three month old turned into a three year old and how that three year old turned into a teenager. In this case, these parents are wondering how their twin babies turned thirteen. Time gets away from us too fast and as we are reminded of that almost too often. This is the main reason I pursued photography - to pause the passage of time. Photography is how I make my peace with time's fleeting reality. My goal for this session was to capture this family of four and their thirteen-year-old twin boys candidly. The boys love lacrosse, swords, climbing trees and being outside. They also love to show how much taller they are then their parents (see image below). After reading their family survey, I chose a location that complimented this family's interests and allowed me to capture them as they are. Take a peek...
